Sync error

I just set up a paid 2GB subscription and tried to sync from my machine to the Web backup. I received the following error code: 1355489611. Please advise how to correct. Thank you!

    Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync attempt that reproduces the error?

    After that, you should also try just restarting Zotero, if you haven't.
