Upgrade StorageAutomatic updates
In word, I have a running list of citations. When I try to add a new citation, Zotero automatically tries to scan through the word document and update ALL the previous citations, which at times leads to erroneous updates and takes too long.
Is there a way to add new citation to a word doc without having all previous citations updated automatically?

adamsmithYou can turn off automatic updating under "Document Preferences" but that's really just to get rid of the wait. Erroneous updates are something you need to address, either by fixing the item data in Zotero or by reporting issues in the citation style -- you'll eventually need the citation style to update the document, if only to insert the bibliography.
