LIBRE OFFICE REPEAT THE SAME INFORMATION

Goodevening,
I have recently used Zotero and it is a really nice method to keep the bibliography.
My only problem (but really serious) is that when I add a citation then automatically checks for updates in the rest (this is ok).
However there are some specific points in the document, where the system reproduce the same sitation a lot of times (despite the fact I had deleted them (in order to avoid all this conflict).
I would appreciate your help, because I have organised the whole document with zotero and now I cannot proceed.

    I'm not sure what you mean here. Can you say more about what you mean by this? Can you provide an example?

    When there is a refresh in zotero bibliography in a libre office document, then some citations can be appear again (despite the fact I had deleted) and also some citations on the document are repeated in the same point many times the same reference is copied.     Delete that section completely — remove a few characters on either side to be safe — and try reinserting the citation.

    If it happens again, @adomasven may have more to suggest. I seem to recall our seeing this before.

    Also make sure you're running the latest versions of LibreOffice and Zotero.

    I noticed I use zotero 5.0.96 and libre office 7.1.0.3 latest version, but for plug in I downloaded Zotero LibreOffice Integration 5.0.23. Do you think the problem could have been with the plug in?

    No, those are the latest versions.

    either by deleting all this paragraph, then the information reappear, when I have refresh or automatic update of the citations.
    Is there any possibility to have a problem because of the Greeks I use?

    Thank you, I notice the thread you described and it is similar to mine. However I have done everything correct (according to my knowledge) and the problem instists. The strange is that despite I delete the whole paragraph when I refresh, the paragraph and the citation reappear and are coppied many times (and a lot of time is needed in order to choose yes or no, despite the fact the program does not correspond either to yes or no)

    Unfortunately till now the whole document stopped receiving information for bibliography etc. And cannot add, modify references or the bibliography table

    It just started working again. I refreshed using zotero and the result was again really bad. e.g. for only one reference in my document, I had to choose a lot of times yes or no and in the end instead of just a reference I received all this paragraph! The really big problem is that all time ask you yes or no and for a refresh I need more than 15 minutes to receive the update file, with many clicks on yes or no, and then I have to correct the document (something that will be changed again in the next refresh)...

    This is the reference there should have been only "Denis & Tychon, 2015" and here it is my result:

    Goodmorning I am sorry for all these messages but I cannot find the problem and everything getting worse. For example now there is no possibility to add bibliography, can you verify that zotero is working properly or there is something must be done in a newer version? This is really important for me because I lost one whole day looking for my mistake, but unfortunately, it seems that there is something wrong with zotero. Thank you.

    You should run through the debugging broken documents steps. You will likely need to do step 10. If you can send us a broken excerpt we will take a look.
