Can't get Zotero to work in google docs

Hi! I am wondering if anybody could help me with this issue... I have

connected Zotero to my google docs but when I click add citation it doesn't pop up with the correct zotero search bar- it seems like it isn't connected. I have allowed permission through my google account and everything but nothing seems to work. Has anybody experienced this or can offer a solution?

Anyone know how to reauthorize google with zotero? I have already removed/downloaded the connector.

    What exactly happens when you click Add/Edit Citation?

    It doesn't do anything with the connector. It says "text" and has a search bar and then says search or paste a link in this document. The style all looks like google docs related, it doesn't open anything related to Zotero

    Can you provide a Debug ID from Zotero for this clicking Add/Edit Citation and getting that link popup?
