Error Updating Document

I am getting the 'error updating document' message. I've viewed troubleshooting instructions. I've copied, closed (both microsoft and zotero), opened, pasted, saved and attempted to insert a citation. I get the error message after I save the document. Is there an update I'm missing?

    Could you submit a Report ID from Zotero after a failed insertion?

    I found a work-around. It has now failed. Here is the Report ID: 1625102714

    Is this document saved on OneDrive? Does it work with documents saved on the local disk? What about if you save to OneDrive without spaces in the document name?
