Removing All Footnotes
I finished a book with over 2000 footnotes, but I found that many pages have gaps between the last paragraph and footnotes. Lots of empty space. I tried to fix the problem but when I update the table of contents, the footnotes revert back to the original form (with the url I put in the footnotes). Also, the gaps seem to remain fixed in some pages, but other pages have gaps.
Since I cannot fix the problem I want to remove all the footnotes, but I don't know how. Is it possible to do that?

You can probably also find an easy way to remove all footnotes by googling -- nothing to do with Zotero, so this isn't really the right place to ask, but that seems like a weird solution given the work you've put into them.
