Upgrade StorageCan't copy some items into group library
I created a group library and have been attempting to drag items into it from my personal library. For some reason, Zotero just refuses to do this for some items and I'm unsure why. When I drag the item from one of my personal libraries and hover and drop it over the name of the group library I want to add it to, it does seem like it works as the small plus sign appears next to the cursor just as it does for items that it does work on, but it doesn't actually copy. I would hate to have to go to the original source and resave to Zotero for every single one. Any suggestions?

There's a bug in Zotero 5.0.92 where newly created snapshots won't copy between libraries on Windows. We've since largely addressed that in a new version of the Zotero Connector, so most newly saved snapshots will be transferable, but we need to push a new version of Zotero that fixes the old snapshots. We hope to have that out within a few days.
In the meantime, if you delete one of the affected snapshots (identifiable because if you do Show File you'll see subfolders like 'images' and 'background-images' in the folder) and empty the trash, the item will copy.
