Weird intermittent "please restart" errors [report 1828298198]

Hi just logging one of a few recent errors requiring a restart. My collection is bloated, but database error checking comes up nil, and I recently cleared the full-text cache. Related to plugins perhaps?

    This is the error you're getting. It shouldn't be possible in normal usage, so a problem with a plugin is possible, particularly if you're saying no errors are found in from Check Database Integrity.

    If you can reproduce this happening, we'd want to see a Debug ID for it.
