Can't unlink citations

I can't unlink citations from my document. I started a fresh document as a trial, and can build a bibliography fine, but I get an error message when clicking on 'Unlink Citations'. The error reads 'Zotero Integration Error: Zotero experienced an error updating your document.' I'm using Word 365 for Mac. Thanks. Tim

This happens in, say, a completely new document with a single citation?

What's the full, exact version of Word?

Can you provide a Report ID?

It did, yes. In fact, I solved it just by reinstalling the Word plugin again. I tried this once before, but it didn't make any difference, but the second time it did. I don't know why, but it seems to be working again, both in a new document and in the original one I had a problem with. Thanks.
