Zotero Integration Error

I cannot enter Zotero citations at all. I have inserted a Zotero Bibliography, but the citations don't work. I have done everything. Restarted Zotero, Word, my computer (which is a Mac), I have disabled and re-enabled Zotero Word for Mac Integration (under Zotero>Tools>Add-ons).

This error message says: Zotero experienced an error updating your document.

My Report ID is: 1480484048

Can anyone help?

    Are you able to insert a citation in a new document?
