How do I set "; and" as final delimiter?

Hi All

Trying to create a CSL style file for Zotero.

I can see how to set ";" as the delimiter for multiple cites within a single citation. But I want the last one to be delimited by "; and".

Can anyone tell me how to do that? I can't find it in the CSL documentation.
