Upgrade StorageZotero interface
Greetings
We currently use Zotero to collect and store resources for an EpidemicsEthics collection. The references are exported to a spreadsheet and this is used to populate a webpage which allows users to search using a variety of fields and view the references.
We are currently reviewing this process with the intention of streamlining it and considering providing direct access to the Zotero library for users. We are interested in options for amending/enhancing the Zotero interface and any examples where this may have been done? Any information/advice gratefully received.

You say "Zotero Interface" but it sounds like you may look for something more like website integration? If that's the case, there are a number of options listed at
https://www.zotero.org/support/plugins#website_integration
of which Zotpress is likely the most widely used and easiest to use and Kerko the most sophisticated/adaptable
