Can't add citations in google docs

I can't add citations in google docs, when i klick the zotero button in google docs nothing happens. Using ctrl+alt+C doesn't work either. The bar where you write in the refrence to get the citation doesn't show up. I have tried to re-download the program and the add on for firefox and re-start my computer, but nothing changes. There are no newer versions to be found. What should I do?

    Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) from the Zotero Connector for the first interaction with the plugin after restarting your browser and Zotero?
