Zotero in Libre Office and Google Doc

Hi, I can't get Zotero to work in neither Libre Office or Google Docs. The toolbar is in both but when I click, it either doesn't work or it freezes.
Can anyone help me solve those issues ?

What exactly happens when you click one of the toolbar buttons?

Can you provide a Report ID from Zotero?
