Upgrade StorageWord 365 -
Hello!
I have installed Zotero to my computer and I use Office 365. After installing, managed to make the zotero to appear when I open Word. It worked once but after I close the document, when I reopen, the following message appers:
"Word could not communicate with Zotero"
I have reinstaled...it works, and then, after I close, the message appear again.
It´s driving me crazy!

Can you provide a Report ID?
I have found the problem! It´s myself! I simply was not opening the Zotero before opening Word. Thanks for your attention! :-)
