1) Please
start new threads for new issues
— the thread you posted to isn't related. I've moved this to a new thread.
2) Please don't CC specific people with generic questions. Just ask your question and somebody will respond if they want to.
3) You'll need to say more than "doesn't work". See
Reporting Problems
for the information we need to help you.

Oh, thank you, I did't realized this is a new post.
Here I want to rephrase the question again.
I used the style here:
https://www.zotero.org/styles?q=apa
7
however, it doesn't work; but this style can work on Windows
while the JBV style can work on Mac
https://www.zotero.org/styles?q=business
ventu,
so what's wrong?

Again, "doesn't work" isn't enough. See the page I linked to for what we need.

@dstillman
Thanks, Dstillman, this is the first time I try to report the error, and I have learned how to report the error correctly according to your guidance.

(Note that we just need the Report ID, not the output itself.)
Can you disable your Zotero plugins (particularly Propachi) and let us know if this still happens?
If so, see the end of
Troubleshooting Errors in Word Processor Documents
for steps for narrowing down the problem to a single problematic citation and sharing that with us.

Perfect, no problem happens after disabling the Propachi.
However, there is another problem, why does this citation for the following paper in text seem to be wrong.
In the text, it appears " (Mark Anthony Griffin & Grote, 2020)", however, the first name should not appear according to apa7th.

Thank you so much for your useful help!
Since Propachi cannot work, how can we Uppercase subtitles in an efficient way?

That's been built in to Zotero for a couple years.

You should remove Propachi. It is no longer updated because as Dan says above, the uppercase subtitling has been incorporated into Zotero itself.

I am out of date, that's perfect! Thanks a ton!
