Here I want to rephrase the question again.
I used the style here:https://www.zotero.org/styles?q=apa 7
however, it doesn't work; but this style can work on Windows
while the JBV style can work on Mac https://www.zotero.org/styles?q=business ventu,
so what's wrong?

Can you disable your Zotero plugins (particularly Propachi) and let us know if this still happens?

However, there is another problem, why does this citation for the following paper in text seem to be wrong.
In the text, it appears " (Mark Anthony Griffin & Grote, 2020)", however, the first name should not appear according to apa7th.
