Can't use Word on Big Sur

    Hi,

    I'm having the same problem:
    Report ID: 1404145650
    macOS Big Sur Version 11.1
    Word 2019 Version 16.45
    Zotero Version 5.0.82

    I've read in several threats but unfortunately could not solve the issue.

    libc could not be loaded. Word processor integration and other functionality will not be available.
    @TomGo: You need to upgrade to the current version of Zotero to use it on Big Sur. Nothing to do with the other thread.
