Registration problems

I'm trying to help my colleague set up on Zotero and have installed 2.0b6.4 for him. However, he can't seem to register a user account on the Zotero website - every time we try it we get "server error message - something went wrong processing your request". I have tried various usernames and it doesn't seem to have any effect. Is this a known issue?

    It looks like there was a problem with the recaptcha server. If he tries again now it should go through.
