Upgrade StorageGroup Library Does not Appear on my App or on Firefox plug in
I'm having trouble saving files via the Zotero Firefox plug in to a group library I was shared in. I've tried updating Zotero, leaving and rejoining the group and still I can't find the group library on my app or as a place to upload files via Firefox. I have tried to create a new group library but I can't see it on the app either.
How can I make it so I can see the group library on the app as well as be an option to save sources to a specific group library?

dstillmanedited January 27, 2021You've never synced from the account you're posting from, so you're likely syncing within a different account. You should join those groups from that account and transfer ownership.
