Find a deleted folder

I'm asking you because I have a problem in one of my zotero libraries. On Thursday, January 21st, I mistakenly had to delete one of the folders where I was making a selection of articles (I deleted I think the whole folder instead of a single article). This is a shared library with synchronization but I haven't made a backup since the beginning of my work.
Do you know how I can find the folder deleted by mistake?

    You can check to see if you can restore from one of the last automatic backups in the data directory, but if the timestamps of those are from after you did this, you won't be able to recover from those.

    If someone else in the group hasn't yet synced, they'd similarly be able to recover from one of those databases (or they could temporarily turn off their internet access, start Zotero, and do the same collection duplication described in the linked section to keep a copy of the collection).
