Upgrade Storageadd-in word does not work
Who can help me. I have a work-laptop with Word 2016. I want to use Zotero, as I am working on several articles. However, the add-in does not work, I do not get to see the button/ ribbon.
I already went through the whole https://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_troubleshooting#zotero_toolbar_doesn_t_appear and did every single step. But nothing happens. I do have adminrights on the laptop - but still... I cannot make it work. I am becoming desperate as this already took me 2 hours to go over every single step and it still does not work (whereas I know Zotero to save time...).
