Web library not showing up in Word

Hi Folks,

I had a laptop replacement, and got a new version of word. I downloaded zotero, and have it working in Word. But, I don't know how to access my library. I see my old library in the "web library," but I really need this in word!

    The web library has nothing to do with Word. You need to have your library in the Zotero app locally. If you only have data in the online library, you should set up syncing.

    Just a guess but maybe you forgot to setup sync? Once you do, you library in Zotero program should match the one you see in the Web Library.
