Upgrade StorageError of execution 5
I was working perfectly with my zotero connector on Word, on a Macbook, and all of a suddent this weird error appeared:

Execution error "5"
Invalid procedure call or argument
Everytime i try to click on my zotero it appears...
I try uninstalling my zotero and my word but nothing seems to work...
Please help!

dstillman Zotero Teamedited January 9, 2021What macOS version? This is some sort of problem with the macOS or Word configuration, and some people have fixed it by upgrading to Big Sur, but that's about all we can suggest. (Obviously, you should make sure you have the latest version of Word as well.)
