add edit bibliography not working

Hi,

I am writing my thesis, and therefore I combined different word files with citations made through Zotero. It is overall very slow, which I understand, but since I added the last 20 pages (of 150 pages) the bibliography disappeared, and every time I click on the add bibliography button, after several minutes an error message pops up. On another file I used to try, it worked instead. Please help

    What full, exact version of Word?

    Can you provide a Debug ID for getting the error?

    It may help to toggle field codes and look for a ZOTERO_BIBL field, which would be an existing bibliography. If you find one, you should delete it completely, toggle field codes back, and reinsert the bibliography.
