Private Group - number of people

Hi ! we are a small private lab and we want to share PDF of article between us, we want to know how many person we can be in a private group ?

The information are store in local access ? or in the cloud ?

The group owner will probably take a upgrade storage plan unlimited, can you confirm that this is the owner from where the space will be taken from ? And that other members don't have to pay ?

Can you confirm that pdf will be available in the group ?

    Zotero is a local program that stores your data locally, but to use groups with others you obviously need to sync the data with Zotero servers.

    Yes. Syncing more files than the free limit is the only thing you'd be paying for, in fact. Data syncing is free and unlimited.
