can't successfully add citation and bibliography to Word

I am a new user of Zotero.
When I was using it, I found that I could not successfully add citation and bibliography to Word, and went to the official website to try various methods to eliminate obstacles, but it didn’t work, so I wanted to seek advice. Thanks.

    If it works in a new document but you get an error in an existing document, see Troubleshooting Errors in Word Processor Documents.

    If it happens in a brand new, empty document as well, what exact Word version?

    It's very strange that when I add citation, some documents can be add citation on the word, some can't. The situation is the same whether it is a new document or an exsiting document. Adding bibliography is unresponsive.My version of Microsoft word for Mac is 16.43.Thanks.

    Are you storing citations as bookmarks? I.e. if you open Document Preferences from the Zotero plugin in Word is Fields or Bookmarks selected? You should always use Fields unless you need to share the document with LibreOffice users.

    That's probably not it. What Mac are you using? How big is the document? How many citations do you have in it?

    I am using the MacBook Air, and now I have stored 30 documents, but when I stored less than ten documents, it appeared like this. The documents are not large, they are all ordinary articles. There are about a dozen citations used in an article

    Could you install the Zotero Beta, trigger the error and submit another Report ID?
