Chicago Manual (author-date) - How to get rid of quotation marks for the title?

This is what I have:

Duff, Patricia A., Yongcan Liu, and Duanduan Li. 2017. “Chinese Heritage Language Learning: Negotiating Identities, Ideologies, and Institutionalization.” In The Routledge Handbook of Heritage Language Education, edited by Olga E. Kagan, Maria M. Carreira, and Claire Hitchens Chik, 409–22. New York; London: Routledge.

This is what I need:

I need to lose the quotation marks for the title.
