Upgrade StorageZotero citation not working with new Docs

I am not able to use Zotero to cite Chicago style w/ new docs. When I use "footnotes" with new docs, it gives me a total blank next to the number. When I use "endnotes," it does produce a footnote.
With old docs, with Zotero citations, I am able to produce footnotes without problems. Any ideas why? I really need this to work.
Bibliographies work fine for both.
