Upgrade StorageZotero Connector (on Edge) not working for me

I have downloaded the zotero connector for microsoft edge. I have the icon on the toolbar now.
But when I press it, it seems to do nothing.
I have tried to right click and go in to its little menu to choose 'Save to Zotero' (although it only offers me web snapshot versions not a pdf save option). But still does nothing. I have checked back in my Zotero afterwards and I can't see the article/ pdf.
I have tried from the pdf page and from the article webpage. I have Zotero open.
When I used to use this on google chrome it would pop up with an option to save to my zotero folders.
Please help!
