Problem with updating the document on Google Docs

    I am new to Zotero and having this problem now with a Google docs document and my library. It's stuck on "Zotero is updating your document. Please wait…". Restarting gets rid of it, but then it comes right back. The document was pasted from a word doc into google docs. Is that the cause, and if so, how do I strip out the Word problem identifiers?

    Did the Word document have Zotero citations in it? If yes, did you use the citations transfer procedure? If not, what are you trying to do in the document when you get the stuck on "Zotero is updating your document"?
