Upgrade Storagelink citation with a word document
Hello,
I use the zotero plugin for word but i have a problem to link the citations with the document. When another user work on the file on a another computer,save it and sends back the document, all the citations are here but not linked (no more shaded citations), can you help me please ?

adomasvenThis means that another user edited your document with an incompatible Word processor (e.g. Google Docs). If you use Zotero with Word and another user opens edits the document with an incompatible word processor all citations will become unlinked. You should either ask the other user to use Word too, or use the compare tool in Word https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/compare-and-merge-two-versions-of-a-document-f5059749-a797-4db7-a8fb-b3b27eb8b87e
