    You have to say what the problem is you're experiencing for us to help you. A Report ID alone isn't enough.

    If you're referring to a sync error, it looks like something may be blocking your file downloads during file syncing. You posted a similar error earlier this year and didn't follow up, but this is almost certainly a problem on your computer or network and not something we can do anything about.
