how to change the ( ) to square brackets in the vancover style plz

Click through to the Style Repository. There enter "Vancouver" without the quotes in the search field. You will see several options for Vancouver with brackets. You probably want the simple "Vancouver (brackets)" style near the bottom of the list. Download it to Zotero and you can then select that style for your manuscript.
