Zotero citations and bib are missing

I just downloaded Zotero on a new laptop and the plugins arent working and it is asking me if i want to uninstall chrome
HELP!

    If you want to access your Zotero data on a new computer, see Transferring a Library. The easiest thing to do is just to sync both computers.

    I don't know you mean by this. Zotero certainly doesn't ask you if you want to uninstall Chrome. What exact message are you referring to?
