RESOLVED: Zotero Will Not Startup with Word - Office 365
Using doc: https://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_troubleshooting#zotero_toolbar_doesn_t_appear
Add-in is enabled in Zotero
Dotm file has been copy/pasted to the correct location
Have redownloaded and reinstalled the program
Have removed and recopy/pasted dotm file
Developer tools are checked
When going into the Add-ons Menu, I am able to manually open Zotero, but it will not stay checked when Word is closed and reopened.
