While trying to save the .pdf file for this paper: https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0360132320301621?casa_token=KvTFHnsxFD0AAAAA:27WDnZ6G1OHXCSBmWlMsgdtKhX1K8SFhNEhzyvZCzxnSNRZhrlXTclKgplsP4ivNdS3VMzXE6Q, I get the error "An error occurred saving with ScienceDirect.
