Feeds - Change Date from MM:DD:YYYY to DD:MM:YYYY

It would be great if we could change the date format for feeds. As coming from a country using the DD:MM:YYYY format it gets quite confusing when reading dates as MM:DD:YYYY

Date default is US. To change default to UK format:

Edit/preferences/advanced/general/miscellaneous/language/English (UK)

How can I use YYYY:MM:DD instead?
