Upgrade StorageMac Word plugin
In the middle of a paper, and after successfully footnoting several references, I got this message: "An error occurred communicating with Zotero. Pleas ensure Firefox is open and try again."
Firefox is open. A restart of Firefox and/or my computer has no affect on this paper.
Yet, I can begin a new "blank document," either after or before the restart of Firefox and/or my computer and the plug in works. I have not continue on the "blank," so I do not if the problem will eventually occur on that document.
Any suggestions or ideas are appreciated.
