Zotero not saving

When I try to save item(s) from WorldCat Discovery Service (yellow folder icon), I get "An error occurred while saving this item. See Troubleshooting Translator Issues for more information." I went through the troubleshooting list, and tried multiple searches etc.
If I go to an individual item (open the ebook, for example), Zotero will save it.

Working now--thank you very much if you fixed something! I wish I knew how to fix it myself so I wouldn't have to bother you folks. This is the second time in a couple years this has happened to me--both times in front of students in a class which is never good when I'm trying to extol the virtues of Zotero...

This is an unspecified server error from WorldCat. It's not from Zotero. You'll need to ask your IT department (or whoever manages the WorldCat subscription) or wait it out.
