Zotero was running when the screen turned off (after 1 hr ) and the screen saver came on - and when I resumed it gave me the error message 1844622828

    What was the error? A Report ID alone isn't enough — you have to say what the actual problem is.

    Apologies - I thought I had followed the pop up box instructions, copied the error message number and posted. I've closed Zotero down and restarted and all is happy. N
