I keep getting an error message each time I try to run Zotero on my Windows 7 desktop. Today, I tried to repair the database but Zotero will not open on my desktop instead I keep getting a message that says, "There is an error starting Zotero". Please help. Thank you.

First, make sure you have a backup of your Zotero data directory. Then, in that directory, what are the names, sizes, and dates of all zotero.sqlite* files?
