Moving files from my library to group library

Hello,

I apologize as I've read through many threads about this issue already, but none of the solutions seem to be working for me. I have the Zotero app opened and am trying to drag and drop resources from my personal collection to a shared collection (for which I am the owner and double checked all members have editing privileges). The files don't copy over.

I've deleted all trash, but am still not sure what to do.

    Does this still happen after restarting Zotero?

    If so, start by checking your database integrity from the Advanced → Files and Folders pane of the Zotero preferences. Does it pass?

    Also, are you trying to drag from a normal collection or library, or from Duplicate Items? (It looks like you were in Duplicate Items at least at some point in the middle of replicating this.)
