adding new RSS feeds - Save button unavailable?

I'm running Zotero 5.0.89 on a MacOS Catalina 10.15.6. When I try to add a new feed from a URL using the New Group/New Feed box icon at the top of the left column, the box to enter the URL comes up. I can paste in a URL but it won't let me tab to the title field or use the Save button to add a new feed. I have successfully added feeds in the past. Any idea why I can't now?

It may just be an invalid feed. The Title field will be auto-filled for valid feeds.

Can you provide a Debug ID for an attempt?

oh, interesting! I see the feed URL has library proxy information in it so I'll bet that's what's breaking it. Just tested a New York Times feed and it worked!

doesn't work but

https://muse.jhu.edu/feeds/latest_articles?jid=483

does. I think it's the zotero extension that's adding the proxy details.

Yes, a proxied URL wouldn't work within the app.
