Date not diplayed properly on Korean Windows XP (Encoding)

I'm currently running Zotero 1.0.10 on a Korean Windows XP using an English Firefox 3.5.1. The dates in "Date Added" and "Date Modified" columns in the middle column do not show properly. It seems that the Korean words for AM [오전] and PM [오후] are not encoded properly, and show as gibberish (shouldn't UTF/Unicode be used in these columns?). The equivalent fields on the right-hand side show properly; and sorting by date in the middle column also seems to work.

    There's a ticket for this. It may be a Firefox bug.

    Thanks. So I've changed the regional settings of the system to 24 hours... at least I won't have to look at the gibberish.
