I tried to synchronise my library and it doesn't work. I make the same action like I do in general.

    You have to say what the actual problem is you're experiencing — e.g., the error message you're seeing. "doesn't work" isn't sufficient.

    But we'll likely want to see a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync attempt that fails.

    my Debug ID is 493996981


    And this is the message I see when I try to synchronise : "Cannot edit item in library 37440393"

  • Again, a Debug ID is different from a Report ID. See the link I provided. We already have the Report ID and its contents.
  • Okay I understand. But I have already made the necessary to have a Debug ID thanks to the link. I got the Debug ID 49399698. And I saw a message that indicates me that a report was sent. What do I have to do now ? Do I have to create a new topic with my Debug ID ?
