problème synchronisation groupe ?

Bonjour,
Je ne parviens pas à faire apparaitre un groupe dans mon Zotero, problème de synchronisation ? (j'ai déjà essayé les solutions proposées...)
  • J'avais déjà testé, mais les cas de figures ne semblent pas correspondre. Je crois que c'est parce qu'il y a 2 comptes distincts (l'un créé pour accéder au groupe, l'autre rattaché à mon ordi)... comment fusionner les 2 comptes ?
  • You can't merge accounts, but it's also not clear what exactly the problem is that you're experiencing.

    The account you're posting from has no data in its online library, is in no groups, and has no storage subscription. Presumably you don't want to sync with that account.

    If you have another Zotero account that's previously been synced with your local Zotero, that's the one you want to be syncing with.

    Both group ownership and storage subscriptions can be transferred between accounts, but it's not clear if that's relevant in your case.
