Add group library to Zotero?

I'm new to Zotero so apologies if this is a basic question, but I could not find a clear solution.

I am not a member of this group, but the library is public:

Is it possible to add it so it syncs to my desktop app? Or do I need to click the link each time and go via web browser?

You would need to join the group.

In the future, it may be possible to add public libraries to the desktop app without joining.
