Dragging non-downloaded attachment between group libraries

Hello,

When I dragging non-downloaded attachment from group library A to group library B, they show as non-downloaded in both (obviously).

However, in library A, I can download it (double click). In library B, I can't (which also makes sense).

Therefore, should it not be the case that when a non-downloaded attachment is dragged from A to B, that the attachment does not appear in B at all?

(Basically, I've seen growth of such broken attachments in several libraries, and could never work out why it was - I think this may be the reason.)

Zotero 5.0.89 on Ubuntu.

    @dstillman - I've got an issue, where when I copy items, the attached files do not copy (despite being downloaded). There are some warnings about notes being too long as well, so I'll need to track those down, but that seems to be a different library, rather than the one items are copied from.

    I'd guess that the items without attachments had been previously dragged to the group without attachments, and you then moved them to the trash. Currently, when you drag the same items again, Zotero will restore them from the trash without the attachments (which doesn't make a lot of sense and will be fixed in a future version, but it's what happens now).

    I've come across this error again. I am pretty confident that this time, the items did not exist (or are in the trash).

    I.e., items exist only in Library 1; when the item is copied (here by dragging a collection) some of the items in Library 2 do not show with a missing attachment.
