Plugin to make extracted notes diagrams/schemes?

I love the tool to extract annotations with Zotfile, however I have a drawback, I would like to have another tool that allows me to organize all those notes in a diagram or scheme, how related are they, if one is more important than another, etc. Do you know of any Zotero plugin that does that?

    Agree that would be great. I would use it for extracting Apple Pencil highlights and Notes. Look forward to comments.
